The sun that shined in the window woke Lezlie. She groaned in annoyance when the pillow she brought over her face could not hide that it was morning. One last attempt was made to try and tell herself that it wasn't morning but the truth showed her lie. With one last groan she gave in and got up. She slipped into shorts and a t-shirt with a blue tiger on it. Her eyes looked over her reflection, "I look so plain," she quietly complained to herself. Lezlie thought for a moment and then grabbed a chainlike belt, making sure it was visible without tucking in her shirt, "Whatever," she sighed when she looked at her reflection again. She grabbed a bag and ran out.
Lezlie walked under the dark trees for a while until she decided to sit down. She flopped her body down and heard sticks snap under her. Oww, she thought and then moved, I need to look before I sit. Now that she was actually comfortable she looked up at the tree she sat under. There was a large black bird perched on a thin branch. After a little while it let out a squawk and took off. The squawk made her jump for what she thought a foot, "Holy crap!"

Vincent was startled awake by the sound of a bird and another yelling out. The gryffindor rubbed at his eyes and sat up from his nice, makeshift bed of leaves. After ruffling his hair a bit to relieve himself of said leaves that created his cushion, his gaze ran around the area, searching for the other within hearing range.
His hands reached into the pile of leaves, soon finding the small cases that held his loving camera before the Martin stood up and stretched. "D@mn birds....." He yawned once again and pulled his shirt straight. "I was comfortable."

Lezlie sighed when the odd sqawk was out of her mind. The stale quiet was back again and then a voice could be heard. She got to her feet slowly and walked to where she thought she heard the voice coming from. Her mind went through things to say if it were someone she rather not meet here, "Hello?" she said, her pale blue eyes curious, "Who might be here?" (Sorry it took me so long to reply, I was comforting my doggie.)

Vincent glanced around the area, "Um...who might be here? Anyone could obviously be here, it is near a school." He rubbed at his head some, trying to locate the voice, but whoever owned said voice wasn't close enough. So, with that being said, Vincent followed the voice, to find it's owner. "Who might be here? Well, I can give you two answers. The true answer, or the not so true answer. You pick your poison."

Lezlie stalled a little in her walking, "True," she said and then went back to her normal pace, "though anyone still makes it a mystery." She listened closely to his voice to determine the location. The leaves crunched under her feet as she stopped, "Hmmm," she slowly reached her hand to pull around a tree, "I've already got poison on my lips, but there's always room for more poison. The truth or the other?" She finally pulled herself around the tree and let her eyes search, "Which is better?"

Vincent glanced around the clearing and laughed softly, "Poison is on everyone's lips. Everyone lies. A mystery makes life much more interesting, don't you agree?" He called to the open space around him. He knew the girl he could hear would hear his voice echo around his own little clearing. He could hear the crunching of leaves now. He could hear she was getting close. His gaze was on the ground for the time being before his stormy grey eyes drew away from the leaves and the twigs on the ground, to the sound of the girl. He grinned as his gaze landed on her, "Of course, the truth can be just as poisonous as the lies we feed to others."

Lezlie heard his voice louder now, echoing. Her feet stepped up slowly, she knew he was very close now. "Sometimes poison tastes good," her voice was a little mischievous, "Yes, a good mystery keeps me going; though it seems when you are the mystery it is even more interesting." She stopped when she saw him, her lips curling into a mirrored grin, "I guess we can't escape the poison no matter what we do."

"Exactly. So would you like the truth, or the lie?" He questioned. He was rather in a playful mood, not his normal playful, a more calm playful. It was something for the record books. He gave a slight tilt to his head, brushing some of his hair out of his eyes. "Careful of your poison. Or I can give you the options and you take a guess at what I might look like more." He hesistated as he thought before he nodded, shifting his position to face the girl more. "I'm either Ayden or Vincent. Which do you believe?"

Lezlie leaned on the tree that she had pulled herself up from, "Hmmm," she said with a pretend serious face and then curled her lips again, "The truth might be good, or you could have fun with a lie. If you tell me the truth you can lie later but if you lie it could be found out later. So hard to choose." She came off the tree and stood normal again, her face growing with mischeif, "Eww, that may be bad for me, I'm very clumsy with my poison." Her eyes searched him for a moment and then she sighed, "That's hard to choose," she looked at him curiously, "I'll choose my favorite name to see what kind of poison I want." Lezlie thought for a moment and then shrugged, "I don't hear Vincent at all really." (I wasn't going to do that but i'm dead on my keyboard.)

Vincent laughed softly as he walked toward the girl, "Alright, how about we drop the poison into the cauldron and go with the fact that I'm simply Vincent Martin?" He gave a gentlemenly bow and laughed softly at himself. He was acting goofy, like always. Once standing straight, he grinned, "Now, you have my name, but what does the Ravenclaw Beauty call herself?"

Lezlie gave him a playful look when he spoke, "Let the poison turn to rum so we can have something new to taste," she grinned as she spoke, "Hello Vincent." She gave a little curtsy back and then stood straight again with another grin catching her face, "Sorry, I'm not good at being as polite as that," she joked, "I guess I'll call myself Lezlie Kenlo, but call me whatever."

"Well, Lezlie Kenlo. It's a pleasure to meet you, even if it is in a dark forest such as this one." He smiled softly, "On that note, may I inquire as why you are out here? It's not safe..." He tilted his head slightly, giving a puzzled look. Not many people did wander out here, and if they did, the tended not to give away their hiding places.

Lezlie stepped forward a little bit and gave quick glances at her surroundings, "The truth is I'm that girl that likes to get herself into dangerous places," she said, "I guess that's what people call stupid but I don't mind, I want the thrill." She watched the trees creek and the leaves shudder, half expecting something to fulfill her wish. Her eyes came back to him curious now, "If it's not too much trouble to ask, why are you out here?"

Vincent looked puzzled at the question before he grinned, "Don't tell me...am I the first Martin to make your aquantance. My eldest brother is a professor here, of course I want to cause trouble!" He started to bounce with excitement. "Of course, I cause him trouble on a daily bases!" He laughed and titled his head slightly, his grin still in place. "So am I really the first Martin brother you have met?"

Lezlie eyes were playful as she watched him, "Is that bad if you are?" she said, her voice mixing with playful and mischief, "If you want to cause trouble then we'll have more encounters than this one." She laughed a little when he was done, "Sounds fun," her lips curled into another grin, "I guess you are the first."
